Who Prints my Art, once I order it?

After years of meticulously printing my work for sale at art shows and local galleries, I now have my artwork printed by the picky and talented folks at Skyline Art Prints.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Your art will be shipped directly to you from Skyling Printing. It will be well protected and shipped via UPS or USPS right to your door. Rather than running the risk of overcharging some customers with a flat shipping and packaging rate, shipping costs are determined by package weight and size.


What is your Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy?

Both Skyline Printing and I guarantee your satisfaction - 100%. Skyline Printing runs a carefully controlled production line which ensures that any lab issues are exceedingly rare. You may return any artwork that doesn't meet your expectations within 45 days of your order. I will refund your order (minus shipping), or have your order reprinted, whichever you prefer.

In the rare case that a product is damaged during shipping, your best option is to refuse delivery. Barring that, we will need to make a claim, so the remake is paid for by the carrier. I will need pictures of the packaging and the product to prove a claim to the carrier, so Skyline Printing is reimbursed. The higher the claim, the more scrutiny the carrier will give it. So, please save every part of the packaging and product for the carrier's investigation. Send the pictures of the damaged package and artwork to me through either my contact form or by email.

Aside from manufacturing issues, there are a number of reasons you may be dissatisfied with a piece that is unrelated to a lab's performance — such as buyer's remorse, color variances between your computer monitor and what the piece looks like in-person, a small unavoidable imperfection in a metal print's surface, etc. As these are unrelated to lab performance, Skyline Printing can not accept returns for things like this. In such cases, please contact me directly. Just as if you were buying from me face-to-face in an art fair, in buying from my website I feel we are creating and sustaining a real, human, relationship. My artwork is an extension of me, and I want you to be happy with it.
